I have lived at Montford at Madison Park Apartments since summer 2016. I have generally had a positive experience here. As a long-time resident, I have seen several management teams come and go, but the current staff is by far the best. Everyone is super nice and accommodating and really tries to make living here the best experience possible. The staff is very friendly and really tries to help. In the rare event when I’ve had an issue, such as a maintenance concern, it is always attended to promptly and effectively, and the community at large is well-maintained. The staff also tries to plan fun events to get residents involved in the community. The community itself is pretty quiet, especially considering it’s location is off a major busy road. As a single woman with a disability and chronic illnesses, I feel safe living here. On a related note, knowing I have some limitations, both the staff and residents have gone above and beyond expectations to help me when needed. Everyone is generally friendly and it feels homey, which can be difficult to find in larger complexes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this complex to anyone!

I have lived here for a year and decided to terminate my lease. The corridors and interiors of the apartments are far from luxury, please walk around the property before leasing to find the unit you have been quoted. (Hallways, stairs, parking garage, etc.) All units are very different, do not assume your entryway or ceiling height will look like the unit you toured! They are trying to compete with true luxury apartments in the area and raising rent far above what the apartment is worth. Do yourself a favor and splurge for $100 to get a true luxury apartment!

Yes, Hudson Montford is pleased to welcome pets to our community, including large dogs, with no weight restrictions. A maximum of two pets per apartment home are allowed and certain breed or other pet restrictions may apply. Yes, all residents of Hudson Montford are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Hudson Montford. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. The Hudson Montford team can answer questions about insurance offerings available through the community.
Applicants at Hudson Montford have the option of adding a Guarantor to their application if they have insufficient credit or insufficient income to qualify on their own. A Guarantor must have income at least six (6) times the monthly market rent with verifiable income and meet set employment and credit history requirements. The Hudson Montford team can answer questions about the application process for adding a guarantor.
To start your application process at Hudson Montford, all parties over the age of 18 planning to live in the home must complete a rental application. All Hudson Montford applicants are subject to approval through a third-party applicant screening service and require: (1) household income verification, (2) rental history verification, (3) credit screening, and (4) criminal history screening. Your screening may require additional information before a determination can be made. If this is the case, you will be contacted via email with instructions on how to proceed.
