I try to never leave horrible reviews. But after traveling for work and staying in multiple apartments across the US, this has been the worst living situation so far. You will never be able to get in contact with anybody from the leasing office. You will have to call and email at least 5 times for any type of response. Maintenance may never come and fix issues you have encountered but mark them as “complete” anyways. At one point after my apartment and furniture suffering extensive water damage due to fault of the apartment complex, maintenance even broke my deadlock and then told me I would have to buy a new deadlock for them to install. There is no accountability at this apartment complex at all. They do not care about their tenants, only the check that comes to them every month. They even put the wrong notes for tenants getting evicted on my door multiple times even after calling and emailing the leasing office. This place is severely unprofessional and they will not do anything for you once you sign that piece of paper. If you decide to stay here, good luck, because you will in fact need it.

Update: Moved to one star. I moved out mid July, instead of sending me the final bill as discussed, they sent it straight to a collection agency. I have mixed feelings about this complex. I have an extended patio, which I love, but the front office is slow to communicate. I have to send emails multiple times before I get a response. Maintenance is nice, but they never read notes in the app. The door to my hvac closet fell off in August because it’s broke and it’s now February and it’s still leaning up against my wall. The bark park waste receptacles often overflows because they don’t empty it regularly. Also the light in that bark park is out and it can feel creepy. Overall, it’s a nice lower end complex, but quiet and people don’t bother each other. But the office seems to be understaffed and therefore unable to manage their workload. You may have to threaten legal action to get responses.

When you on to the website you will see resident once you click on resident it will ask you for your log in and password. Then you will be able to pay your rent that way.
Call the office & let them know. But you may not be lucky to get someone answer ur call. It is ok to leave message bt just hope that they call u back as soon as possible. Maybe in seven days 😪
