UPDATE: they gave me a number below that does not work!! LOL WHAT JOKES OF A COMPANY. Dangerous, expensive, not friendly. Google seems to take down my post but I want to make sure this review is seen. Dangerous: sketchy cars blasting music come out at all hours. My bike tried to be jacked. 5 cars were broken into and the community didn’t even tell us. Google reviews did. Expensive: not worth it, go to the next place. Not friendly: the leasing office is impossible. Not flexible, don’t care about your situation, bottom-line as it gets over there. Also scroll down, they clearly had fake 5 star reviews, and they don’t do anything when the owner ‘reaches out’.

While looking for apartments around the Charlotte area, we definitely had the best experience at The Griff. We decided to stop in one day for a tour, and Nikki Mandakovic happily stayed late to accommodate us. He was very welcoming, thorough during the tour, and answered all of our questions. He made the application process easy and extremely fast, and we got the keys only 4 days after we came for the tour. We love how close the apartments are to the city, while still feeling private and secluded from the busyness downtown. The interior of the A3 apartment is beautiful - we love the modern design, high ceilings, large kitchen that is perfect for entertaining, large balcony and lots of natural light. We're very happy here so far and would definitely recommend The Griff!
