Don’t move here. I’ve lived here for a few months and it’s honestly a rip off. The kitchen is tiny and the walls are so thin. My car has been broken into. They overcharge for the amenities. I don’t get packages delivered here, because half the time they just drop them at the door, but I still have to pay for parcel pending. They haven’t picked up my trash in 2 weeks. I’ve tried contacting the leasing office about it but no one will get back to me. You’re literally flushing $25 down the drain with valet trash, you just end up taking it to the dumpster yourself. I pay for pest control, but still have bugs. There’s no way I’ll be renewing here.
