This is a company that lies to people to get you to apply after you pay your application fee they will treat you like your the problem because of lies that were told because the person before didn't communicate with them before asking them to fill in they do have decent prices but they are so unorganized I would rather go elsewhere because they continue to say one thing and do another

My sister lives in Park Creek right now! For a hold month of September she has been complaining about a rat problem. We have taken pictures of holes in wall in the closet in the bedroom shown them the pictures and holes behind the stove in kitchen and hole underneath the cabinets in the kitchen. They tell us the same thing over and over again. Still nothing done. I have talked to my neighbor who has children and they also have stated they reported to the office. Nothing done. We have a infestation!!!!!!!!. My sister keeps her apartment very clean. Last night the rat was back! They were suppose to send someone out here today. Not here. Next step Health Department on speed dial because they need to be reported. It's not healthy here. It's a shame because they want their rent, but don't provide u a safe place to live. My brother came here from out of town too patch up the holes, but that is not his job.

Guys just don’t live here. It’s gonna be a waste of your money. Apartments are trash, aside from that rent is high you mind as well get yourself a luxurious apartment downtown. When the landscape company comes and cut the grass they get cars dirty with grass.
