If I could leave a zero star I would . Ms Mims (Property Manager) is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, evil person I ever lived under! She doesn't care anything about her tenants and always turned her nose up at me because I filed a complaint with the DOJ against her for not having any type of consideration for constant maintenance issues I had going on in my apartment. My refrigerator was broken & leaking toxins for 6 MONTHS! The only thing that they did was continuously keep sending maintenance to fix this broke down refrigerator that needed replacing. Nothing was being done, so the only other option was to contact outside help for a resolution. Inlivian Housing Authority and Blue Horizon Management, (management for this complex), are partners and they have no consideration for low-income families! They like funds is coming out their pockets, when in fact its coming from the GOVERNMENT! She also refuses to give me back my security deposit & NEVER gave me any type of reason. I have filed several complaints against this complex w/ no resolution , and now I am filing this in court. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

The phone number online is not working please can the manager update the number online because if very fustrateing when you live out of state then you need appertment you can not reach the office
