Please don’t apply with this complex, their staff are rude and unprofessional, they give you the run around about move in dates what they have available; the rent online doesn’t reflex the the fees and other things they want you to pay. Its damn near impossible to get in contact with anyone they don’t care about there future tenants and u would not waste my time or money

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Mrs. Lucas. Please use your discernment when applying to complex. The quality of professionalism does not exist. The application process is a joke. They will take your money, but give you the run around about the availability of units and move dates. No one follows up with you and it's a hassle to get in touch with anyone. They will quote you one price and available date for move just to push the date back and give you a unit with a higher price. If you decide not to take it after waiting a month for and update they will hold whatever fees they feel their entitled to without doing anything to deserve it.

The manager Kelly dana is no help. I have contacted bell partners and waiting on a call from ms nicole. This place needs a better manager on site, I can’t blame the workers because they do what the manager tells them to do. Applications shouldn’t take as long as they are taking on top of everything the communication is terrible! Save your time.
