For 3.5 years I have rented with this place. The first two years were great! 3rd year in and I’m seeing roaches EVERYDAY!! I’ve called to get the place sprayed almost every 2 weeks since they don’t allow it weekly! Everything is outdated. I was told months ago they would be redoing my cabinets in the kitchen and still have yet to see that. The roaches are eating through the wood and creating little cracks to slip in. For over $1000 a month this place is definitely not worth it. Will for sure be my last time renewing with this roach hotel. Since Ms. Sharmaine has left the management have become super rude. Their communication sucks! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
