Don't move here. Packages are constantly stolen. Management doesn't care. Most of your amenities are never fully functioning, car wash station is always trashed and hit and miss on when there will be a working hose. The pool is closed a good amount of the time or the key fob system to get in to the pool is constantly down. Better places to live than here!!! Run run run. 2 months later and still packages being stolen - mail room is open to anybody off the street.... So much for fixing the issue. There are cockroaches and field mice. Also, apparently you can park wherever now because fire hazards don't exist

I’m not sure why it’s so low rated on google. It’s peaceful, around all the stores you need , walls are thick. It’s clean , beautiful, Easy process to get in. Staff is amazing .

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SAFE! See attached photos of recent gun and drug bust. Also see other reviews on car break in and vandalism. PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Management is horrible ALL of them Star, Justin and Trey, once you are in a lease. They do not respond to emails or voicemails. They blame maintenance crew for managements short comings. Don’t be fooled like I was. They allow trespassing at pool by non residents and homeless people. Then expect residents to handle it. We tried to transfer into another apartment paid $500 transfer fee and apartment was still trashed 4 days before move in. Open drug dealing in parking lot. Vandalism to resident vehicles(fire extinguishers were sprayed on vehicles) no emails. Missing fire extinguishers, which happens to be a code violation. Pool Is often dirty. Security is lacking. You’re stuck paying for shotty wifi and garbage pick up! Btw garbage area is disgusting 🤢 smells horrible all the time! Property is dirty stairwells are not cleaned, nasty stains on stairs not cleaned. Really deserves zero “0” stars. Get more for your money somewhere else! Don’t let the 5-star fake reviews fool you either. Lots of sketchy people and happenings here! Stairwell still not clean and grills barely work. I’ve contact office numerous times. The crime is the same people YOU allow to trespass! This crime is at YOUR property! No response to dirty stairs.
