I've been here almost a year and the one constant is the maintenance guy Rock. The 2 issues that I've had where fixed & addressed very quickly thanks to him. I appreciate the constant friendly face in the neighborhood and the maintenance advice from Rock. The only issue is residents purposely not cleaning after their dogs. So disgusting, which makes other pets & people sick. Which his may be an ongoing battle community complexes have, I just ask that something actually been done. Outside of that thanks Rock!! The office staff has been awesome too. Thanks for the different community activities, food trucks ans things!!

The maintenance team has been great about fixing every problem my roommate and I have had at our apartment. They've had to fix our stove, sink, toilet, and cabinet knob. Most of the problems have been small but we asked Rock anyways to take a look, and he's always been friendly about fixing any size issue. Rock is the maintenance guy we've seen the most and appreciate how he will always awnser questions we have about the apartment complex. I've lived at apartments with unresponsive maintenance staff and am happy it's not like that here. My oven door gasket was broken when I moved in and he replaced it quickly. It affects how the oven holds heat and without it baking would be impossible, so I am happy he didn't ignore it.

Rock Rock Rock, let me tell you if it’s broken he will fix it!! If he doesn’t know he will find out. Honestly he is the best thing this complex has going for it! Rock is so hard working and kind. He speaks EVERY morning! He fixed the issues in my apartment with no problem and made sure it was completely fixed. We appreciate rock so much!! Thank you for all that you do.

Enjoyed staying here and the maintenance worker Mr. Rock is awesome.
