This place is horrible and full of manipulator’s .I’ve been living here for 5 months since than I’ve had no ac use in my bedroom it took maintenance and the manager 3 months to come up with a solution.. the following month my fridge went out and lost all my food..if I could give no stars I would..I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in unless you wanna pay 1800 a month for junk..

Very inviting and friendly office staff. Maintenence arrives within 24 hours consistently (Keith is awesome). I've never had an issue with parking more than 100 feet from the building I want to be at. The valet trash service is awesome. I found this complex to be the best when balancing distance to UNCC and price/amenities. These are new apartments but not so new that they still smell like construction. This complex is cheaper, has better staff, and amenities than Cyan next door. The one thing I want improved is calling into the front desk. If someone else is on the phone with the desk, you will NOT get to talk to someone. There is no service that puts you on hold until the staff finishes a call. You have to leave a voice-mail and those can't always be listened to. I'd say 1/4 of my calls get to a staff member. This is not worth deducting a star, however. No complaints otherwise.

Been here for over a year now. And there are some good things and some bad things. Parking is pretty bad for residents and visitors. Sometimes I would have to park in a visitor spot because there was no parking for residents left (so sorry visitors). But even for visitors, there is only maybe 8 spots in each half of the property for all of the residents to have guests, which isn't enough and they will inconsistently have booting. They said they can park on the street but that's pretty tight spacing and depending on where your building is, pretty far away. Trash definitely piles up in the compactor but there is valet trash. Even though the sign says trash and recycling, there is no recycling here. If you live in an apartment facing the main Mallard Creek Rd then it will be very noisy with all the cars speeding and zooming by. You will hear a lot of mufflers going off.
