Very bias was told years ago to in order to qualify not only financially we had to have custody of the minor child for at least 60-90 days needless to say the child resided with bio mom at the time who got the attorney at no cost, The child was removed from mom’s custody by social services through a cina case were dad was awarded full legal custody after having the child for six months in a whole other town the mom filed back into the case where she had custody and once again got the free attorney when she didn’t have the child for over 1.year an 8 months .how is that fair ? Dad had the child and the Cina case was closed? Very Unprofessional!

If your name is on the lease they can't change anything with out your okay. Talk to police about it too. If that doesn't work.go to court and have them leave.
It depends. Are you on the lease. If you are not on the lease, and are subletting then your friend could be in trouble if subletting is not in the lease. If you don't have a written contract stating your living arrangements, then yes, he can do that. If you sign a written agreement with your friend, it would give you more security in your living situation...
Can he do this???

Will filing for an abandonment divorce make the process go faster? And will i have to still wait an additional year even though we been seperated for so long?
They are closed now so you will have to ask them in the morning. But from experience, your medical records are not that private. Anyone can access your medical records whether you gave them consent or not and most times we sign forms not realizing that we granted 3rd parties and private parties to access our medical records. It's a HIIPA law that insures our privacy but dosent protect our records to be disclosed by our health care providers. It's sad but it's true
I Don't Understand The Question, Can You Further Explain. ?
If their name is no where on your house documents and if their mailing address is not at the house in question and you really really really have no more emotional connection to them, simply contact your local law enforcement agencies for assistance.

You need to call to do an intake. Or go in person.
First i would go to the doctor and let your doctor know that you are exposed to mold. Also wear a facemask. I would get some bleach and spray and scrub with cleaner the visible areas. Then air out the house. Get an estimate from a professional mold removal service. Get the lawyer and get a letter from your doctor to verify that you have been exposed to mold and sue the landlord for the mold treatment. Also, if you are in subsidized housing let the housing authority know as well.
Get you a lawyer and sue, but get the legal advice first.Goodluck
The question is, is that job worth fight for? You can go to legal aid, today for intake.

Go to legal aid 500 E. Lexington st.Baltimore Maryland 21202
child support is on Charles Street. But you can speak with a attorney at Legal Aid.
Okay try Legal Aid
Go to 500 E. Lexington st.Baltimore Md.
I would suggest that you go there first thing in the morning and have all the paperwork that is relevant to your case. Try to speak to someone and kind of see if they seem knowledgeable and let them be a point of contact for you. I mean like a staff member. I think that they go by your income so have all your proof of income. Also, and I hate to say this but sometimes you have to kill people with kindness and also be pushy but polite. A damsel in distress role does wonders because you act like you don't know the process and need to be guided thru. And like sometimes if you are in the area stop in and pay them a visit or leave a message at the front desk for them. I think people get tired of voicemail and email. Also, give it a little time to get started in the beginning and voice all concerns in the beginning too. Take notes and go over them to get a better understanding of Maryland Legal aid's way of doing things. Be persistent and business- like and have FAITH!
Go to eviction court house on one east Fayette . they will direct you on what to do
