They are closed now so you will have to ask them in the morning. But from experience, your medical records are not that private. Anyone can access your medical records whether you gave them consent or not and most times we sign forms not realizing that we granted 3rd parties and private parties to access our medical records. It's a HIIPA law that insures our privacy but dosent protect our records to be disclosed by our health care providers. It's sad but it's true

I agree with Dana Harris. Also if have given consent to someone to view your medical records you would need to reach out to the doctor office/hospital to fill out the document again and place and end date on it. Maryland Legal Aid will be best to assist you with this matter.
