Ok harbel is a place for substance abuse...we go there cuz we either was sent by the courts or have issues with drugs and alcohol. They also help with domestic violence.
No. They aren't. Very judgemental and rude when asked straight yes or no questions. Now I have to go through fmla all over again to get the help I need.
