For the last two days I have been trying to reach customer service to find out about child support payments and I have not been able to reach no one I have stayed on the line anywhere from 30 to 50 minutes each day and I have start calling at 9:30 a.m. it's a bad service when you trying to get information but it's not hard for them to take your money

I have called child support 6 times since November asking for proof of child support to please be mailed to me dating back all the way to November 2020. Each worker who had answered told me they will take care of it and it will be out in 7-10 business days or 5 business days. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING, and they keep telling me, "Oh I can see where it was in the system to be processed back in November but wasn't, let me take care of that for you". I do not have access to a computer. I also am unable too see anything on my online account when I try to log in. The woman gave me the wrong CSE# also. 😭 I need this for my disabled sons income please as well as for assistance for my food stamps as I am disabled myself as well. Please help. I called today and was on hold for 3 hours to speak to a manager and nobody had answered.

They dont enforce ANYTHING and allow men who owe $14,000 to just walk the streets. Lock them up in jail!!!!
