Legal aid is free and the best lawyer that I found there his name is William steinwedell located 500 East Lexington Street you have to get there as early as 9 a.m. and also when I dealt with the landlord like that I'm went to the Maryland free lawyer service and they are awesome too

I am not lawyer nor am i giving you legal advice, i know about this 1st hand dealing with a slum lord! The first thing i did was put my rent money in escrow then i called the health dept, and take pictures of everything! Then u may want to go to housing court to file a complaint (Fayette St.) Good luck!

Yes, I would call a lawyer. I also would call the housing authority. Make sure you seek medical help.
