I had a 10am tour and now one was there I even waited around for someone to show up and nothing there but the sign on the door. This is twice so I won't make another visit back 5-23-22

Since day one I’ve had issues with my apartment. Between it not being cleaned throughly and things being broken and my air/heat not working. I understand that my apartment is not updated but the least they could do is make sure it is livable. I have been complaining about my thermostat since winter time. When it’s cold my home is cold and now my apartment is hot because it’s getting hot outside. When I complained about it being cold maintenance dropped off an old heater and never came back. I have been living miserably since day one and only getting worse. All I get is the run around about coming to replace my heating unit I have children in my home including a 5 month old baby. The only thing good about the apartments is the leasing manager Jennifer, she is always level headed and sweet and I know this is not her fault. With my home being hot it is causing a gnat problem with it being warm outside now. I am over this place and the biggest mistake moving here.

These apartments can be okay but If you’re a younger person, don’t live here. They will not take you seriously or respect you in any way. They flooded my apartment, barley checked on what was going on after I sent them the videos. The third time it happened in the span of 2 weeks. Asked them if I could be moved multiple times, kept getting ignored so now I’m still stuck paying for it with no reply and I’m still nervous this will happen again when I’m not home to check myself. I know they wouldn’t check my apartment if they did it again. On top of certain people not getting taken care of, hope you don’t have to move into the first floor and have people upstairs who just stomp and slam things at every hour of the day and night.

Management has been so helpful in helping us get into a good apartment, they have been time efficient and made this all seem easier. Jennifer in the office is a great manager and very friendly! Every work order we have put in so far has been addressed very quickly and fixed to our liking, we live out new home!
