If I could give this place 0 stars I would . They have rats in their apartments . I had 2 rats in my place mean while I also had a newborn and they was not concerned about it at all . They have roaches really bad . There were roaches in the apartment when I first moves in . They don’t come out and spray but that’s something your paying for in the rent . They don’t listen when you have a problem or concern .. DONT MOVE HERE‼️‼️

Don’t EVER NEVER go here....they steal your money, lie about whatever, very very rude, hangs up phone in your face, and loves to talk over you and don’t even listen. I don’t know what team they have but all of them need to be fired and they need to hire people who actually cares, don’t talk over people, and not rude like hang phone up on people...Worst experience of my life

There is absolutely positively no cost for maintenance...period. The cost of maintenance is included in your rent. Without exception every maintenance request i have made has been addressed the same day if it is called in by early afternoon. Maintenance staff are professional. They leave your appointment exactly as they found it.
