I was the HPACT Poster Vet as Dr David Rosenthals first Client as Patient Centered Care was at its inception and infancy, now well established across our country east to west, north to south and overseas in our recent campaign. I have Never not been served evenwhen my actions and behaviors were Unacceptable. I was treated with the Utmost respect in All my clinics by every single Provider I was assigned or just spoke with, in the hallways and stairwells, and back rooms
