The Hazel SouthPark is a delight! The application and move-in process was seamless thanks to Kelli. I love my new place! The property is well-managed, quiet, and beautiful. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. I want to recognize Alex, the maintenance supervisor, who truly goes above and beyond, like nothing I have ever experienced. Hannah has been wonderful in addressing any move-in issues. And Vincent is a gem of a person. I think that sometimes large companies disconnect and lose the ability to create personal, meaningful relationships. The Hazel demonstrates that the interaction between wonderful staff and residents makes ALL the difference in the world.

My review is about Marcos mostly lol the property is beautiful and I actually signed my lease sight unseen because of his help! He went above and beyond to show me the apartment virtually while I relocated from Orlando . He was patient and extremely responsive when I had a question . He did everything he could to make sure I had a easy experience although remote . The apartments are beautiful . I do have a few maintenance request since my move in yesterday but otherwise it’s beautiful 😍 I was very sad to know that Marcos no longer works here but he deserves the best rating for his superior customer service

Where do I start? First and foremost, this community is clean and comforting. With the building being new and well maintained - it's easy to say yes when first arriving. Walking into the leasing office was a warm experience especially with the smiling faces of the friendliest concierge. No matter who your leasing official is between Mary Mathews or Marcos Yenchong, the tour is going to be smooth and relaxed. I personally received my tour from the property manager Mary Mathews, she was very welcoming and made the "Yes, I will sign" an easy process. Her knowledge of the area along with attention to my request helped me find the perfect fit - which ended up being a spacious studio. My apartment came with a huge kitchen, brand new appliances, and long closet storage to make me feel at home. Plus the nice bonuses of a nice-sized bathroom and patio. Though, my favorite side amenity is the live music that I occasionally get to enjoy from Reid's Fine Foods while relaxing. I truly enjoy my the Hazel community and all that comes with. The staff is extremely helpful, my place feels like home, and everything is easily accessible from this location. Gladly renewing!
