Lived here for over a decade the association that runs this building complex are inept and inefficient at creating a overall good experience/property worth the monthly fees. Useless tiny dirty pool for entire complex is a joke if you dont use it you should be able to opt put of the money used to mantain that kiddie petri dish. The maintenance staff are terrible they dont do much of anything and dont really keep overall area clean/presentable. The new lead is incompetent and a known drug user/deadbeat father who has started false rumors to kick out my mother of her residence of 16 years. Our neighbors below us are constantly smoking weed in bathroom and play loud music past common area curfew. On top leave their shoes in hallway and are overall loud ignorant irresponsible people who care little of the space shared in the building. I will continue to build a summary of shoddy condition of a subpar condominium complex with a good location/great potential squandered by terrible staff/authority. It fascinates me, it is super quiet and very clean. The managers are extremely attentive to everything that happens in the condominiums .... Very happy to have chosen this place ......
