The 110 Grill policy of not letting you reserve a table within a two hour window is a nightmare. So the hostess told me on the phone at 6pm that at 7pm getting an outside to shouldn’t be a problem. I drive 30 minutes to get to the restaurant. And imagine how excited I was when I arrived and saw that the patio was nearly empty. But then hostess says “we can’t see you for half an hour because we’re short on wait staff and our kitchen is behind.” Literally there’s 15 empty tables on the patio - it’s over half empty. If you knew you were so short staffed and you can’t even keep up with a few tables of customers (1/3 patio tables), then why tell me at 6pm that getting seated outside at 7pm should be fine? So now I had to do a round-trip 1 hour drive with hungry teen boys and ended up at a chipotle by our home.

Not.nearly worth the price. Dry bland beef. Cold sides. One entree was served halfway thru the other five people eating. Because it took them almost 10 minutes to realize their own marinade had soy. Didnt bring condiments we asked for. The $30 steak was overcooked and no steak knife was brought. Still sitting waiting for a refill on my drink, it's been empty for 10 minutes. Just not worth it in any way shape or form. Better going to a local chain for half the price.
