I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone. Apartments infested with bugs from day one. The last few months of my lease were TERRIBLE. Smoke detectors constantly going off and from 2005. Had property stolen from my patio. Patios rotten and leak onto your belongings. Parking is terrible and never anywhere to park for you or guests. I was told I didn’t have a balance after moving out but later received a bill in the mail with no explanation. Avoid at all cost

A garbage service, no one solves absolutely nothing! To start with, I had numerous problems with the washing machine, which I was without for 3 months because no one solved anything. I moved 70 days ago and they didn't send me my check, I called, I made a thousand complaints and nobody does anything. Not to mention the amount of cockroaches inside the apartment and also car thefts .

1 star not even deserved, Completely unprofessional they don't take their previous nor present tenants seriously, if you rent here TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK and they wont do ANYTHING TO HELP YOU EITHER. MARIA is selfish she looks at you with a face that nothing concerns her, completely unprofessional she doesn't even try to help or put her best in helping solve anything in other words she does not do her job ! They say they changed management and company but that is a LIE and if it were true ALL MATTERS STILL FALL ON THEM. We have recordings and videos of their attitude and behavior. They're getting sued big time ;)
