If I could give 0 rating I would no matter how much I clean the apt there is roaches everywhere so disgusted tell the leasing the guy shows up after two days put something idk what was that but never went away. Disgusting floor never changed carpet as dirty as hell the electric stove was disgusting and wasn't working properly told the leasing office they never changed a new one. They are only money hungry take 100$-300$ extra every fking month but never changed or update anything in the apt.

From start to finish Ms. Anna in the leasing office has shown exemplary customer service! I’m big on customer service bc it sets the tone for the overall living experience! I had a tight window that I needed to be moved in by and my expectations were exceeded! If you want a hassle free application process apply here and I promise you’ll be pleased! Looking forward to making this place my new home! P.S. Give Ms. Anna her flowers while she can smell them…. She deserves it!!!

I lived here for a while and at first it was a cheap place to rent and the couldn’t beat the price and how close it was to uptown. The only downside was that it was prone to flood and had a bug infestation problem. But the people that took over they changed these apartments around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and what they done to the office was pleasant. Even though I moved out I considered moving back to the Arcadian Village community. I would definitely recommend these apartments
