We loved this place! In a nutshell, the facilities are fantastic but the staff are… not good. The place was huge as in, meant for parents to play with their kid which I loved. Never have I also been able to fit in playgrounds nor have I really wanted to but this play area is so much fun, especially for an adult! On that note, this wouldn’t be the best place for a young child more for school age, I’d say, unless your LO is an adrenaline junkie. Myself and the other mother both got slight injuries from the slide since it was huge and steep! Would definitely do it again! They also have a dance party room with cool lights and paintings which was pretty cool. Now the staff— generally annoyed and uninterested but whatever, they’re teenagers. The part that surprised me was that I mentioned to one of the girls that there was a dead bug on the dining room floor and she just “okayed” me to get me to go away and then left it there the entire rest of the time even though the girls were literally doing nothing behind the counter. Also the bathrooms had no toilet paper and the couple times one of the girls came into the play area she just acted inappropriately annoyed at the kids.
