Avoid Rosa (General Manager) Avoid Casa Villa Here's pictures of my apartment when I moved out.. Move out fees $1500 Rent payments ALWAYS ON TIME They insist that the apartment was in bad shape without any proof. In response to the owner: You got your files mixed up, I never owned a dog in my life SMH. You really think, I am taking the time to lie about you when my family and I are victims here. My advice to you is to get involved and not trust your general manager in everything.

Thank you Casa Villa for your support and help in all that you do. This is one of the best properties with such a wonderful staff. Thank you for your honesty and for helping me. Although we don’t qualify income wise we appreciate the time that Rosa took in asking questions prior to us waisting our time and money in application and administrative fees. We had already lost money at other properties. But Rosa took that extra time and let us know what we needed to know. Thank you so much and we will definitely be looking at your property in the future.

We had good experience moving into Casa villa, management team made us feel welcomed and they are on top of security and maintenances. The only down side so far is the lack of carport for the premium "reserved" parking spaces. Texas scorching sun is no joke, if there's carport spot I'll grab one in a hearbeat.

Great community and well taken care of. Excellent office staff, I never had a more beautiful apartment. Any problems I had were taken care of right away. Clean and safe place to live. Thanks to the great maintenance staff.
