I have currently lived in Aventine apts. for 8 years now and I have seen many come and go in the office. The manager, Morlena, , is very kind and listens to your concerns about the property. I would really like to give Otis, maintenance manager, kudos. He is consistent, very hard worker and continues to be very good at what he does. Except for a few minor things...I have very much enjoyed living in Aventine and hope to renew my lease next year and hopefully replace this horrible berber carpet. lol I I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THESE APTS. LOTS OF KIDS AND SOME ARE DANGEROUS!!!!!
