Very poor maintenance response. I called and left messages yet no response. Yet they have bad attitude when answering calls. The maintenance guy came with empty handed, I was confuse yet I told them my bathroom is flooding and left without fixing the issue. Please do better Siena Apartment……

I am not one who typically writes reviews. Today, I decided to write one for Jessica. Her customer service and professionalism was unmatched. She was very helpful and understanding of what me and my sister are wanting out of an apartment. The tour was amazing! We loved the place as well. Thank you Jessica, for your help and courtesy!

The staff is very friendly when you speak to them in person but no one ever answers the phone, EVER. Maintenance is very slow here. There was a leak in our apartment that has continued to leak for days that ruined our walls and maintenance didn't seem to think this was "emergent". Our power gets shut off all the time, our spectrum internet which is one of the only internet companies that they allow, is always failing to work. Great neighborhood but overall just not satisfied with the office and maintenance.

I have been speaking to Jessica for a few days now and she has gone above and beyond for us. She has responded quickly and has answered every question we have had. If I am being honest she is the reason we decided we wanted to live here. We liked the property, but after speaking with her and saw how well she handled everything it sold us on the place! She is absolutely fantastic!
