The customer service is always good, bit the last few times my order was either wrong or when I ordered sundaes my hot fudge was clumpy and tasted off as if the fudge warmer needed to be changed out and cleaned, but I like the fact that when I have issues they always apologize and correct it and don't seem angry or inconvenienced by having to remake my food, unlike most fast food places nowadays

This is my 2nd time going there with my children. The level of service was absolutely horrible as the first time. We are all different and if treating ppl differently makes your organization grow. Go for it! Just beware it's not nice. It was such a disappointment to see the level of customer service we received. I will have to take my business somewhere else.

FASTEST, TASTIEST BURGER ON THE WEST SIDE! When I saw the line at the drive-thru I thought "oh no", but now I know WHY there's a line. First of all, the guy that man's the mic (Hanif!) is a total pro. Always gets it right, and quickly! There were 4 or 5 cars in front of me when I ordered. After paying, there was ONE! This crew seriously pumps out some to go orders. I was shocked and delighted and I told them so. The Sonic down the street could learn something from these people! My order was waiting at the second window. The bacon cheese burger sans tomato and pickles was delicious, and the fries were "burn your mouth hot". Y'all just made a burger lover outta me! Thanks!

The service was great but I purchased a Strawberry Poppyseed salad to go. Worst salad I’ve ever eaten from Braun’s. The grilled chicken was so tough I could barely chew it. This salad is one of my favorite things to get at Braums. So very disappointed.
