Yes, Lake Isabel is run by the state parks! They stock the lake with 3 kinds of trout. No swimming in that lake though. Fishing, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing,. It's all in the beautiful setting of the San Isabel National Forest.
