Hiking, kayaking, tubing, fishing. The visitors center is great too! They have a canoe/kayak service at the park that provides shuttle service up the river also.
Crabtree Falls is not too far away, Grand Caverns and Luray Caverns are about 1-2 hours north.

Kayaking, nice camping sites to relax in.
The town of Appomattox is close by as well. We enjoyed going to the town and eating at Granny B's. The park does a wagon ride up to an overlook area that is very nice too.
This time of year hiking and camping are best. In warmer weather. Tubing, kayaking, Geo catching, horse back riding, ect. Great park
In the park there is tubing, fishing and hiking. Outside of the park, the town of Scottsville is near by.
I'm not sure about caves or waterfalls but this is an awesome park and great facilities.
