Do not give them a dime! the complex is a scam to con you out of money. they take your money before you even get to see the unit your moving into. The entire complex is infested with roaches. the structures are poorly up-kept and EVERYTHING is rigged barely holding together. All the windows are painted shut. Which is a safety hazard. In the event of a fire there is no way out but the front door, so pray your already downstairs. Anything the neighbors do next to you, you smell in your unit. Rather it be smoking or bleaching the restroom.
