This review is comprised of both my opinion and information that is verifiable with documentation between myself and the apartment complex. In my honest opinion, the apartments are complete trash. They are the only complex I have lived in that charges you for anything they can and they put it in their lease so the issues will be violations. If you leave your trash cans by the curb one day after trash day they can make it a lease violation and I have received many notices by email for this exact situation since I work 12 hour shifts and cannot always do it or find someone to when they need it done. They have the staff to manage lawns yet they do not and they will charge you if yours is not cut by the day they want as evidenced by my previous months rental statement. In my time living here my rent has increased at least 4 times as has been documented. The apartment itself does the job and is livable but everything in the house is cheap or barely held together in my experience. In my opinion, the owners don't do a good job making sure the apartments are kept up. To top it off, after I left a review, I received a letter from a law firm threatening me with legal action. Best place to live hands down! 😂🤣

I moved into my apartment a year ago in a pinch with no where to go during the pandemic. I was told that my apartment has been updated from flooring, kitchen appliances, counters and cabinets. Due to the pandemic I was very limited and unable to do the traditional showing of the apartment before the move in. So with that being said unfortunately that definitely was not the case. Everything in my apartment was old and or used. I have been complaining for a year total in regards to pet odor as well as roaches coming from my neighbors side. I was not raised this way or have I ever had any experience like this one before. I want to give a special thanks to Jessica Beck for newly coming on board and pushing for me to get on the list to finally have my apartment treated after a whole year of doing my own treatment. I wish you could have been the one who moved me in and made sure I had all the new things that had been told to me upon my actual move in date. Thank you again for your awesome work.

I am really happy with my new home. Jessica Beck & Cherry are really great. I feel Jessica did everything in her power to make sure my move was extremely pleasant and smooth. My home is beautiful. Cherry is alway extremely polite and professional when i call. The only thing I’m unhappy about is the dog smell in my basement. That’s the only reason I put three stars. I feel that Jessica is trying to do everything in her power to resolve this issue. Jessica and Cherry get 5 starts for sure.

I moved in December 13th. I’ve had a couple maintenance issues that Sean and Abby worked on and made sure things were fixed timely and properly. Abby even made sure I was compensated for some losses that happened. She gave me her number and email to reach her, My neighbors are great. They are watchful and friendly. One neighbor even shoveled and salted our walkway for us because we work so much. The office person Dannita is so kind and understanding. Trash pick up is clean and always happens on time. I’ve never seen any trash left on the ground once they leave. There are kids in the complex but I’ve not had one issue with them bothering anything. We own three nice cars and no one has bothered anything. So when people say it’s bad, I say that’s not my experience so far. I moved here sight unseen and our agent Dru did a great job picking a unit to my specifications and needs. By the way we have all new black appliances, washer dryer hook ups, garbage disposal, yard space, and enough driveway for all our cars. I don’t regret my decision and to top it off we’re close to every major store, restaurants and highways. Plus the rent is very reasonable for 3 bedrooms.

The only thing they're worried about is you keeping the leaves off the ground and the grass cut.

I'm not sure why they think these inhumane living conditions are acceptable. It's an insult to a person's intelligence to have to tolerate poor living conditions, especially when your doing your part as a tenant. Good luck!

If I were you I'd not give them any money. They are great at bait and switch. We got an apartment that was roach infested, windows with bullet holes and cracks just to start with. We're in the middle of a court battle with them. I have dozens of pictures of all the things wrong.
They always have availability because people are always moving out I would find another place to rent from not here
