Seriously, do not live here. If you're wondering if the others reviewing are exaggerating, they're not. I lived here from August 2019-July 2020. I remember on move in day that several walls in my unit were damaged or scratched from day one. As soon as I moved out, management tried to tell me that I was responsible for the damage of 16 different walls in the apartment and that I must pay $240 to get them fixed. I TOLD THEM THEY WERE DAMAGED WHEN I MOVED IN, but apparently, this is another way that they scam people out of their money. I tried to dispute the claim multiple times until communication went dark. Now, two years later, I'm being mailed invoices from a debt collector about me owing the Uncommon money for the walls, a debt that has apparently been up against my credit for years now... Unbelievable. This apartment is not luxury in any way; the gate was constantly broken, noise complaints were never taken seriously, one of the elevators was constantly down, and overall, it's not worth $1000+ to live in a cheap apartment that was thrown together in a year. I even had my windshield shattered by a loose screw that fell during their construction above the garage. They took no responsibility and insurance was the only way I was able to get it fixed... Save yourself the headache.

RENTER BEWARE! This property is NOT brand new. It is the MOST run down 3 year old building I have ever seen. Broken elevators, broken garage door giving FULL access to the public right up the elevator from the parking garage straight to your apartment door. The key fob isn't necessary to get in because everywhere it is promised as security is broken. It is filthy, mismanaged and honestly for the money unreasonable. Never change air filters, forget if something is broken they will get to it when they get to it. Our son and 5 of his friends were stuck in an elevator for 2 hours. CA-venture who owns this building does not care about the children they have managing it or the condition of the building. RENTER steer clear!!!

I have lived here the past year and disappointed is an understatement to describe my experience. Before signing a lease with my roommate I tried to take the negative reviews I read with a grain of salt only to find out they were the accurate responses of this place. More than half the time their stuff never works whether it be a broken hand sanitizer pump by the elevators with sticky disgusting disinfectant in it, or a broken elevator. It makes me absolutely frustrated with the amount of rent they charge tenants here to provide a horrible living space for everyone. You would think with all that money they would invest it in making the place nice, right? Wrong. I have talked to both current and previous tenants and everyone has had at least one experience of getting stuck in the elevator. An incident that happened last night for me was I came back from a night out very late so the office was closed by then. I came back to find that BOTH elevators were broken. They have had days to repair the other one and just haven’t moved a muscle and now both are broken. It said to use stairs but I had no way of knowing where the stairs even were located from inside of the lobby due to zero signs leading you to them. Because of that I ended up with no way of getting back into my place while being drunk, I was thankful enough my friend was able to pick me up and let me crash at her place. My other issue with this place is how poorly structured it is. My door doesn’t lock when you close it unless you slam the door which is annoying for everyone nearby. The walls are insanely thin, when my roommate would be in the living room I would be able to hear her as if she was in the same room as me. I’ve even been able to hear things from my bathroom while the shower is running. I’ve read numerous responses already and it’s the same copy paste “we’re sorry you’ve had a negative experience” from whoever manages the google page and it seems as if nothing is done to change those bad experiences from a year ago to happen to future residents. All in all it is not worth a single dollar. It’s an insanely high rent for a below low quality apartment. The fact that this building continues to somehow pass said inspections amazes me, you can tell it was made cheap and rushed, clearly they are very money hungry and greedy. If I can save anyone in the future from signing a lease here by this review that’s all I can hope for. I’m glad I’m able to move out of here in a few months. The only good part is that the staff in the lobby was usually always very nice but that’s not enough for me to rate this place anything above 1 star. If I could make it 0/5 stars, I would.

I’ve lived at this apartment for about 9 months now and I have no complaints! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, plus the amenities are awesome. The pool area is huge and includes a hot tub and extra seating to hang out with friends, and the courtyard is a relaxing place to study outside. I’ve also enjoyed being able to use the gym and yoga studio. The location is perfect since it’s walking distance to the short north and right off campus, so there are lots of things to do around here. There is also a Kroger right beside it so grocery shopping isn’t a hassle. I recommend living here!!
