Great apartments for everyone! The community is well kept and the common areas are great. The front desk staff has been super accommodating and help. Kaysee helped us find a lease that fit our timeline and made the process very easy. Would definitely recommend this place if you want a quiet comfortable living space for a home.

Just finished my application. The employees were very kind, the neighborhood is very peaceful. Christian, our tour guide was very professional and helpful. He has made this whole process enjoyable, safe, and less nerve-wracking. We also met Racheal briefly, and she was charismatic and supportive. Overall it has been a smooth process and very informative tour. Looking forward to moving in! I would recommend!

Went in to tour this place since The Connor Group no longer owns it (thank god). And they were lovely! I worked with Scott. He was great! Very patient with me and all of the videos I needed to take for my BF who couldn’t attend. He was very kind, making sure I had all of the information I needed/wanted and really going to extra mile to answer every single question I had. We cannot wait to be a part of the community! The homes I saw were very cute and not to mention, I believe the only apartment complex in Columbus that have apartments with a FENCED IN YARD! That and the huge tubs are definitely what sold me.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years. We stayed here during Covid despite previous management being shady because we didn't want to move again during the pandemic, and because we love our apartment (the layout, the space, high ceilings, balcony) and the property (it is QUIET, ample parking, and safe). I'm so glad we stayed though --the new management (took over Dec. of 2021) is the best we have ever had (shoutout to Daisy and Scott!). They go above and beyond for their tenants and have already made numerous changes to improve the properties and the tenants' experience. They reduced our utilities bill and eliminated the crazy fees from the previous owners, reorganized our package room and eliminated multiple issues we were having with accessing it, they are hosting free resident events like breakfasts and flower bouquets for Valentine's Day, they actually plow snow and salt all of the sidewalks, AND they took the time to call us to introduce themselves and make sure we completely understood everything about the new rent payment system. Their maintenance team is also incredibly responsive (shoutout to Steven, Brenda, and Kristi) -- they even helped dig out my car when it got stuck in the snow! They are genuinely enthusiastic and helpful. The whole River Oaks team is communicative, attentive, and always kind. I feel like I can trust my landlords now, and we happily renewed our lease for another year because they have been so awesome. They also made the renewal process very simple and were very clear on their communication. I can't say enough great things about the property, our apartment, and how happy we are with the new management!
