Moved into this place for months ago it rains inside like outside cannot get in touch with corporate staff in the rental office are very disrespectful does not handle their business will not ask anyone to move is unfair it has black mold and I have children

Updated for new management: management is more helpful, but still have issues to fix. Area isn’t the world’s best, but the you get an okay spot for a decent price for how renting is in Columbus. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. Currently renting, do not expect to get any answers from staff for any maintenance request. Several months will pass before an answer or even a fix if your lucky.
