I HAVE TWO 68/69 MUSTANG GT WHEELS THAT WERE BENT. SO I CONTACTED THE WHEEL SMITH TO SEE IF THEY COULD REPLACE THE OUTER RIM WITH A 15" X 8" RIM. THEY WERE ABLE TO SOURCE THE RIMS, I WAS TOLD HOW TO MEASURE FOR THE BACK SPACE. I GAVE THEM THE SPECS. THEY SENT THEM OUT TO CHROME THE OUTER RIMS. WHEN I RECEIVED THEM BACK THEY LOOK GREAT, THE ORIGINAL 40 PLUS YEAR OLD FORD CHROME MATCHED THE OUTER PERFECTLY. THE FITMENT IS RIGHT ON. COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED. THANK YOU.

I am not much for just talking to someone over the phone to order things like this. I think they need to get with the times and actually have a way to order online and pick and see what you want. I called out and got the order placed. I had two calls from them in the first week double checking measurements and bolt spacing. Now the first problem, I get no contact with them other than that first week and they tell me they will ship out at the end of the month. Nothing else from them at all. I get a call a few days ago from a man in my town that says I have some fedex boxes at his house with my name on them but some sort of messed up adress. My name was spelled wrong and my address was NO where NEAR what I gave them over the phone. Lucky for me they got the phone number correct on them or who knows WHAT would of happened to my wheels. Problem two, they kept asking about wheel lug spacing and I told them the three times I talked to them that first week. When the wheels got here they are sized for 5x5 and 5x4 3/4. What is the purpose of ordering custom made wheels if the only thing that I am going to get is a universal bolt spacing and just the custom back spacing? No where online or during the conversations was there any mention of the wheels being drilled for both bolt space sizes. I havent had the chance to test fit them so I can only hope that nothing else is incorrect with these wheels.
