Came in to Sterling Place when looking for a place to live. Andrew in the office was awesome. He was helpful and answered all my questions. Great customer service and the clubhouse and grounds were well taken care of. If happen to check out Sterling Place Apartments ask for Andrew.

Very nice looking place. Very well maintained. A garbage compactor an a place to put large items foe pickup. part of my family lives here so I stop by. Keep up the good work! Only wish USA had places I could afford to live in myself.

My family and I recently moved in and have loved our experience so far! The office staff has helped us with all issues and responded quickly to any requests. I understand that they recently took over this property. While it’s obvious that the previous ownership didn’t take very good care of its residents, the new management seems to be working double-time to get things caught up to a higher standard. The rent is reasonable and I would recommend this as a good place to live if you’re looking in central Ohio.

Moved into my apartment October 2021. The staff has been extremely helpful and kind. Sterling Place is such a beautiful place to live and the amenities are great. The people are really nice and the office throws a great holiday party.
