Revere doesn't fix their systems i ordered stuff never got it but still got charged and my packages always say tomorrow but even though im a prime member it gets delayed and that deliver was wrong

I only know people who work here. Smelly co-workers. Insane steps taken in a 8hour shift. Mentally draining the amount of task required. Amazon makes a killing in money and you make 17$ an hour? Maybe a tad more by the time you are reading this.

Consistently marks my orders as "undeliverable" as soon as they get to this location. It's happened to several of my orders 3 times in a row before I gave up and sent my orders to my mother's address. And their logistics "experts" are anything but. If you need anything in Lynn from Amazon, don't waste your time. Go to Walmart or Best Buy or any other box store that isn't incompetent.

Negative 0 Stars. The revere location absolutely sucks for customer service. I ordered MEDICINE Friday and I’m a prime member. I was promised next day delivery and it says its delayed or may be lost. I am going to get to the bottom of this. This is the 2nd time in 2 months my package got delayed. I live 5-10 minutes from Revere facility. Unacceptable and I'm NOT happy.

Because once the package is returned to the facility it gets resorted as if it was a new package and the delivery is reattempted by a different driver there is no customer service in the building
No...you have to contact customer support on your phone or any other internet capable device
Go to website ( Apply for Amazon warehouse job) select your region. City, state and fill out the form online and submit. You will get a response via email within one week. Thats how i did it too. everything is online.
