If could give more stars I would! I’ve been a client for about three years now, and every visit is always pleasant. Dr. Cotter did a great job with my recent eye exam. She answered my questions and was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.

Amazing people, great doctor and staff. They really make you feel at home and comfortable, and most importantly, I felt incredibly safe with their multi-step Covid safety protocols. They even go so far to even have the air purified with top of the line purifiers in each and every room. I recommend this place to all friends and families.

I have been going to Parkway Optical & Eye care for years. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. The doctor (Dr. J Cotter ) is very professional and engaging with attention to details. I always get the impression that I’m a valued patient and my eye care priority number one!!

Hi Marie, We do accept both Masshealth and Neighborhood Health plans, however there are a number of different Masshealth programs and not all have vision benefits. yes we do but check with your insurance to see if we are in network if you want to be absolutely sure.
yes we do but please note some BCBS plans have vision plans attached such as David Vision or VSP which we are not a part of For routine coverage or hardware glasses benefit.
