Miss Darlene Graves and Mr. Mike Perfinski are the service officers now in Covington Louisiana... hours are 8 until 3 , 5 days a week taking lunch for 12 to 1, stop seeing veterans at 3 no appointment is necessary, walk in only... close all holidays and special events... No, they do not make appointments. Walk in only. Minimum wait time, very friendly.
