The best doctor around!! Dr. Donald Richardson is the most companionate doctor I have ever met. He truly cares about me as his patient and I can only assume that he treats other patients the same. He always has a smile on his face and with his sense of humor, you are guaranteed to leave with one. His Nurse Practitioner Melanie is great as well. She is very helpful and patient. They are a great team! The staff is exceptional and atmosphere is relaxed. The receptionist Mrs.Debbie is very polite and prompt with any requests. I highly recommend Southern Pain and Neurological.
