Could not find what i was looking for on your website but you have it in the store

NEVER buy finger sandwiches from here. I purchased a tray of 100 for my Dad's funeral service. The sandwiches were just piled loosely on each other. The crust was not trimmed off. There was no garnish or anything to make it look special. I was embarrassed to put it out, but had no choice. I paid $80 for this lump of mess. I pointed it out to the manager as I was checking out. She just said that is they way they do it. Terrible.

Absolutely the worst of all their stores. They never have most of the ad items in stock. When it comes to meat going on sale they may put out only 2-4 packs just to fulfill that they put ad items out, but once those few items are sold that is it, and you are out of luck. When I heard this store was closing I was happy as it is so poorly ran.

The cashier could not say hello or goodbye - and certainly not a thank you or any acknowledgement that she had a customer. She just walked away in silence after my order was paid and I was loading my purchases. As I was leaving the store I ran into one of the managers and said there was a lack of common courtesy by staff and he happily said he was sorry about that. End of story - didnt inquire how so - he didn't give a flip about a customer's experience in his Rouse's store.
