Ubereats menu states that certain meals come with sides, but the meals did not arrive with them. Called the restaurant to ask and did not receive much assistance. Apparently it's ours and ubereats fault, despite the menu being very clear. Seems like a bait and switch. Update: They edited their online menu. The sides are still stated to be included, but they increased the price of the items we ordered by $5. Wonder if they'll actually honor the orders now 🙄

Ordered a chicken kabob salad with everything by text to order and they sent me a chicken sub with pickles because “thats what everything means” . I also ordered a cheeseburger with everything and this is what they gave me. Looks like a school lunch

Steal from someone other than customers who have been loyal to you! I had an issue because I ordered from GrubHub and was charge a delivery fee in addition to my 20% tip to the driver. what I learned is basically that this company is using GrubHub to take advantage of and earn unsanctioned profit from all people who order through them.. my photos that I have tried to post here show my conversation with GrubHub advising me that any restaurant that does their own deliveries does not pay for grubhub's services.. therefore I was being charged for services I(or anyone frankly) wasn't using going directly to the restaurant which was almost half of my bill for the food!

Have ordered many times from Revere House of Pizza. Subs and cheese pizza. This time I tried grilled chicken with broccoli and onion calzone. As always, it was served hot and tasty. Price is reasonable. Got this big calzone for $12.79. It could be for 2 people. I couldn't finish it all at once. Tables are relatively clean.
