The is amazing place to go if you need treatment. The staff is awesome they are friendly and encouraging. They dont look down on anybody and makes sure your taken care of. If it wasnt for this place I would still be in a dark place. They really changed my life not just mine but my family's too. It's a real life changer if you give it a chance! Thanks Clear Sky for giving me that chance.

Our OTP methadone program is $13/day, $80/wk, or $310/mo. Cost of OTP Subutex depends on what your daily dose is. Our OBOT program that works like a doctor’s office is a monthly program fee of $250/mo, and you pay for your medication at your pharmacy. At Clear Skye, we do many things to enhance the treatment experience that other places don’t do. Come visit and I’ll show you! Message me through messenger at Clear Skye Corner on Facebook; we’ll set it up. Our team is amazing; we truly care. And it shows. We also have a grant (aside from Gateway) if you have no insurance and can prove financial need. And, yes, you can dose on day 1.
Do you take INS
Just because both medications treat opioid withdrawal does not mean you can take them together. It has to do with the affinity each has for the receptors involved, and what (and how much) you already have in your system when you take the other. You should not take them together (or within days of each other). Doing so can make your withdrawal worse and harder to treat because of how long it takes to get out of your system in order for either medication to be properly effective and work the way it was meant to. This is why it is VITAL to be completely honest with any treatment providers, physicians, or first responders regarding EXACTLY what you have taken and when, and how much of anything you’ve taken. It is also why it is important to receive treatment at a facility that is properly trained in opioid use disorder and related medications.
Methadone To Subutex
If you have Medicaid through Molina, it covers certain services. If you do our OBOT program where you see the provider and the counselor and have your medication called in to your pharmacy, then it covers only the pharmacy, and not the program fees. Our Gaffney location is that type of program only. If you do our OTP program where you do a medical admission and attend the clinic regularly and are medicated at our facility pharmacy on site, in addition to seeing your counselor regularly, then it is covered 100%. Our program in Clinton has both OBOT and OTP.
