Hounded to provide availability to interview and references which were contacted prior to the interview. Then after the interview there was pretty much radio silence until I prodded. Found out I was declined for the position (nbd) but after asking for some tips on what I could have done to improve there was yet again radio silence. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I was contacted by Insight Global from an indeed Business Analyst Listing, Jessica Stefano (Haus) reached out thinking I would be a good fit for an opportunity, after the interview the business went with someone with more experience, whatever I understand. A week later Jessica calls me with a new business on the line (3 way call) and asks if I would be interested in a business analyst position with them, I told her I’m doing errands but would love it if she could send the details via email. She *NEVER* got back to me. I was really excited for the opportunity, but I feel like there’s a lot of lack of professionalism, based on what I’m reading in previous reviews. She called me multiple times, to the point where I saved her office number to my phone, it feels like a huge waste of time and effort. I couldn’t recommend this staffing agency, I think there are better in the area. Additionally none of the jobs were well paying jobs for the area.

Undoubtedly the least professional recruiting experience I've gone through. Also, the shortest. I was contacted by Grace Kamish of Insight Global in April to schedule a video interview for a position that piqued my interest. I showed up to the interview but no one else did. I called and texted and even attempted to call the main office. No response. I was informed 45 minutes later that she had scheduled the interview for an entirely different time than she had told me. So, it had completely slipped her mind and she apologized. She had put it in her calendar for the next day... when she would be on vacation. She then informed me the next day that the position had been filled anyway and would just be in touch if anything else came up. She never returned my emails or phone calls after that. I assume just out of embarrassment for how the situation was handled. I am comfortable writing this review simply because I have no desire to ever work with Insight Global and don't mind burning this bridge. There are plenty of others.
