We've been looking for a heavy duty patio set for our remodeled screened porch and decided to look at Peters. They had a great selection of outdoor patio and dining sets. The sales person, Joe, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Delivery was a breeze and they brought it right into the porch for us. We are very happy with this sturdy set. It is the Tropitone Murlands coach and swivel rockers.

16 months after we initially ordered a patio set we finally have the correct order. Peter’s ordered the wrong products, not once, but twice. Also, the fire pit table didn’t work and their repair person didn’t completely fix it either so we finished fixing it ourselves. Their offer to make things right was minimal. Both times we had to tell them we received the wrong products and both times it took them several days to figure out it was their own mistake and not the manufacturer’s. They offer great products but their customer service when something goes wrong is why we won’t go back.

These guys could let the product do the talking but they layer on incredible service and show great care for the customer which makes being a customer at Peters billiards a special experience. I never feel like I'm being sold and always get my questions answered. My purchases are not huge but I will be going through them for a billiards table recovery very soon! Highly recommend!
