My first week was horrible. Things did change after some got discharged.However the last 3 were smartly done. I had been to Hazelton and if I had known that this was available I would not have wasted my time there. Went through Detox and had great counseling. Brilliant Yes uncomfortable at times Great support all the way through Take a shot at this. Smart and not so much noise..peacefully True people that care and being alone

Patty, Bob and Andy run the show, they do not like adversity. If you are a person of Minority I suggest you look elsewhere! If you question their authority they will run you out. Persons of color and mixed races do work there; however they are delegated to positions of servitude, being under all positions of authority. There are race traders there (Theresa) that will not be on your side as a person of color or as a minority, as far as I can tell she is of mixed race (Black & White). I myself am of hispanic and latino descent, having been amongst all races; having both a (White) Father and Mother which authoritative staff were not aware of; my status as an Adopted Naturalized Citizen of two loving and caring (White) Citizens of the USA; one of which was a VietNam Veteran, as well as having been homeless amongst the Black,Latino,Native and white culture am an advocate of all races was run out and turned against as a person seeking help for addiction which effects all races, I was told that I was given up on for not being compliant to their authority because I held them accountable for their actions which were both threatening and aggressive toward my person.

I've been trying to talk to someone about their out patient services for over 3 weeks. I've left message and gotten no response. I had my therapist call for me as well. They already have all my paperwork. The receptionist confirmed that my first call was the end of August. Terrible customer service for a crisis situation. I went somewhere else.
