I was a little worried after seeing all of the bad reviews of this place, but it was convenient, parking was free, and the staff could not have been more friendly!

I was recently scheduled for a virtual appointment at this location and I was in a virtual waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time. I called the help line listed, and was transferred seven times before the last person said “I’m so sorry, I can’t even get through to the clinic you’re supposed to be at but here’s our number for complaints.” Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time, or the first location, where I’ve experienced long delays at Fairview. The M Health Fairview system constantly overbooks its doctors and patients suffer the consequences.

Creative Accounting with no recourse. Went in for a yearly Physical was charged for two visits as the "issues discussed were not part of the physical". Never was I told during the visit that that I would be charged extra for my questions about my health. On top of that $75 for a COVID Booster and $25 for a flu shot...(both available free at pharmacies).
