Kaiser has changed a lot it's so sad how most the doctors are so careless and get sarcastic and mean and frustrated when you ask a lot of important questions . It's like you pay for a doctor's visit just to quickly get prescribed with medication and quickly get rushed out I changed my doctor twice and my son now has a lady doctor and so far she nice and seems to care more then the others I don't know why I even still have Kaiser honestly

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE A PREGNANT PERSON WILL HAVE IS PROVIDED BY KAISER PERMANENTE. THE WORST OF THE WORST OBGYN SERVICES ON THE AV AREA. THE HEALTHCARE FIELD IS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE OF VOCATION. HAVING COMPASSION AND EMPATHY FOR THE PATIENTS SHOULDN'T BE COMPROMISED WITH CUTTING COST. KAISER PERMANENTE IS A CORPORATION MORE THAN A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER PLEASE AVOID KAISER PERMANENTE IF YOUR WISH IS TO HAVE A HAPPY AND SAFE PRENATAL EXPERIENCE ❗️❗️❗️

This kaiser facility is not equipped for Covid as much as they claim or portray. 2 hr wait for a call back to make an appointment, no appointments available, send a message to a doctor and don't hear back for 4 days, 10 hr wait for the advice Nurse. What happened to the on call physician from a few months ago? That option was great. Now, you'll die before you get medical attention from kaiser and emergency room is NO better. AV hospital can greatly blame Kaiser AV for their influx in patients cause we're all being forced to run to the ER. Everyone needs to file grievances!!!!!!

Kaiser gynecology is the ABSOLUTE worst, at least here in the Antelope Valley. ALL of the appointments get taken up by pregnant women because as I've been told more than once "pregnant women take priority" I guess the rest of us patients who pay for our insurance every month don't matter then. As a paying member it doesn't exactly make me feel at ease to be told such a thing, nor does it make me happy to know that most women in the AV are on medical and unemployed and yet they get to see the doctors I haven't been able to in over a year. Absolute lack of care. I'm not looking for an apology, I'm writing this review as a patient who has had enough. Kaiser NEEDS to revisit it's policies because if it's going to have members pay for services they can't use, then I'll have to take my business elsewhere, preferably somewhere that sees me as a priority without having to be pregnant. 10/10 do not recommend. I shouldn't have to wait 3 plus months to be seen. What i was told says to me that, I don't matter and you don't care.
